This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Client") and Legal IP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. By accessing our website, requesting consultations, or engaging our professional services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Definitions

• "Services" refers to the intellectual property (IP) consultancy, trademark filing, patent registration, copyright protection, and corporate legal services provided by Legal IP.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the website or engaging the Company's services.
• "Client" refers to a User who has entered into a formal professional relationship with Legal IP for specific legal work.
• "IP Rights" refers to trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets.

3. User Eligibility

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind said entity to these terms.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Where applicable, users may be required to create an account or provide personal details for case management. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The User agrees not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading fraudulent documents for IP filing.
• Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or servers.
• Using the platform to harass, defame, or mislead other users or the Company’s staff.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Company Property: All content on the Legal IP website, including logos, text, graphics, and proprietary legal templates, is the exclusive property of Legal IP.

Client Property: All documents, trademarks, and inventions provided by the Client for filing remain the sole property of the Client. However, the Client grants Legal IP a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of performing the requested legal services.

7. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

Fees for services are quoted based on the complexity of the case. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the specific Engagement Letter.

• Government Fees: All official filing fees paid to the Government of India are non-refundable.
• Professional Fees: Once the professional work (drafting/research) has commenced, professional fees are generally non-refundable.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of GST or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Privacy & Data Usage Reference

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection of data necessary for legal filings and communication. All client-attorney communications are treated as confidential under the laws of India.

9. Limitation of Liability

Legal IP provides professional guidance based on current laws and available information. However, the Company does not guarantee a specific outcome of any legal proceeding or the successful registration of any IP right, as these decisions rest with the respective government registries and courts.

In no event shall Legal IP be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of its services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal lawyer-client relationship until a written retainer or engagement letter is signed by both parties.

11. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Legal IP, its partners, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

• The User providing false or misleading information.
• The User's breach of this Agreement.
• Any third-party claims regarding the ownership of the IP provided by the User.

12. Termination & Suspension

Legal IP reserves the right to terminate the professional relationship or suspend website access without prior notice if the User:

• Fails to pay agreed-upon fees.
• Engages in unethical behavior or provides fraudulent documentation.
• Breaches any term of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **New Delhi, India**.

14. Changes to Agreement

Legal IP reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
